In this course we will cover the many ways you can assist consumers in their real estate transaction including: exclusive representation, transaction facilitator, seller agency, buyer agency, and so much more. And while we are at it, let’s talk about required agency disclosure, the importance of the professional written agreement, buyer consultation and compensation.
