There IS More Than One Way to Sell a House! (elective)
Prepare for Change! In real estate there is no ‘Standard’ or ‘Traditional’ or ‘New Wave’. This is what antitrust laws are all about – Brokerages each setting their own policies, transacting business their own way, without regard to what competitors are doing. In this course we will cover the many ways you can assist consumers in their real estate transaction including: exclusive representation, transaction facilitator, seller agency, buyer agency, and so much more. And while we are at it, let’s talk about required agency disclosure, the importance of the professional written agreement, buyer consultation and compensation. Sometimes moving forward means taking a step back, unlearning old habits to prepare for a new way of life. (3 Hours Elective CE)
