1. To Fill out the application correctly you will need

Primary MLS Appraiser (this includes your application fees and your One time application fees

Monthly Ekey - This is for your ekey access

Primary Appraiser - This is for your yearly Membership dues.

2. The Office application will need to be filled out separately by the main Applicant.
