Join us for a softball tournament! 

Get a team together and join the  fun! Teams are $260 for 10 players in a 7/3 format. 2 Home Run Limit unless buy unlimited home runs for $50.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participant (and the Participant’s Parents/Guardians, if applicable) understand and acknowledge that, in consideration of the Participant’s participation in the WCAR Softball Tournament Fundraiser  (“Event”) sponsored by the West Central Association of REALTORS®. (“Association”), Participant agrees that neither the Association nor other Event sponsors (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) shall be liable for any injury to Participant, or for any damage to, or loss of, Participant’s property occurring in connection with the Event, or for any damage or loss suffered by the Participant, from any cause whatsoever, regardless of whether the said damage or injury results from conditions arising upon the property where the Event is held, in connection with the management of the Event, or from other sources. Participant assumes full responsibility for Participant’s participation in the Event, including Participant’s medical condition and physical ability to participate in the Event, as well as all other risks associated with participation in a sports event. Therefore, Participant, for himself/herself and his/her heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, does hereby release and forever discharge Released Parties, their officers, directors, agents, employees, managers, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, damages, costs and expenses for any and all losses, personal injuries, pain and suffering or property damage arising out of or occurring in connection with Participant’s participation in the Event. 

Furthermore, Participant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations governing the Event, and Participant understands and acknowledges that Participant’s participation in the Event is expressly conditioned upon such compliance.
